1. Introduction and Disclaimers

Application: These Sweeps Rules (these “Rules”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Epic Play Holding Inc., a Florida corporation having its principal place of business at 1287 E Newport Center Dr Ste 206, Deerfield Beach, Florida, 33442, USA (“Bankrolla”, “we”), governing your participation in the Promotions, explicitly including your play in Games in the Promotional Mode, use of Sweeps Coins, and win and redemption of Winnings.

Rules and Terms: These Rules are deemed an integral part of the Bankrolla Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), as may be updated from time to time, and should be read alongside the Terms. Unless defined in these Rules, capitalised terms have the meaning provided in the Terms.

Sponsor and Promoter: We are the sponsor and promoter of the Promotions.

Dispute Resolution and Waiver: The Terms include a waiver of class, group, or representative claims and mandates individual arbitration for disputes unless you opt out within the specified timeframe. Please see the Terms for details.

No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Promotions does not require a purchase or payment, and making one or more purchases or payments does not increase your chances of winning.

Platform: Bankrolla is an online entertainment platform offering Games for enjoyment. It also provides Sweeps Coins, which are entries to Games in the Promotional Mode, as detailed in these rules.

Sweeps Coins: Sweeps Coins can be used to play Games in the Promotional Mode, allowing participants to win additional Sweeps Coins or Winnings, as detailed in these rules.

Redemption Threshold: A minimum of $100 USD in Winnings (100) is required for redemption. Balances below this threshold are ineligible.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

To participate in the Promotions, you must always meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Terms, as supplemented by these Rules, and comply with both the Terms and these Rules. If you fail to comply, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation, adjust or cancel the Sweeps Coins or Winnings associated with your Account.

3. Sweeps Coins

a. General

To play in Games in the Promotion Mode, you must have an active Account, which you can create free of charge on the Platform. You will also need Sweeps Coins, which act as sweepstakes entries and can be used to play in Games in the Promotion Mode. You cannot purchase Sweeps Coins.

b. Collecting Sweeps Coins

You can receive Sweeps Coins for free through the following methods or such other methods as may be introduced by us from time to time:

  • Free Offer with Gold Coin Purchases: You may receive Sweeps Coins as a offer when purchasing specifically marked packs of Gold Coins. Gold Coins are used to play Games in the Tournament Mode and cannot be used in Games in the Promotional Mode. The number of Sweeps Coins awarded as a offer for each Gold Coin pack purchase will be displayed in the Platform purchase interface and may be updated from time to time.
  • Contests and Giveaways: We may hold no-cost giveaway contests where you can earn Sweeps Coins by following the contest instructions. This may include social media giveaways, VIP program promotions, loyalty promotions, and quests. Some giveaways may require completing certain actions to participate. The number of Sweeps Coins available in each contest will be stated in the contest instructions.
  • Daily Offer: If available on the Platform, you may receive free Sweeps Coins daily through your Account. This option is provided from time to time at our sole discretion.

The use of automated systems or other methods to participate in Promotions, acquire Sweeps Coins, obtain Winnings, or play Games in the Promotional Mode is prohibited and will result in disqualification, loss of eligibility, cancellation of Sweeps Counts and/or Winnings.

c. Balance

Your Sweeps Coins balance is displayed in your Account and may be adjusted at any time at our sole discretion, including in cases of incorrect calculations, breaches of these Rules, or violations of the Terms. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Sweeps Coins requests or allocations.

d. Termination

If your Account is terminated, any Sweeps Coins or Winnings that were allocated as of the termination will be automatically forfeited.

4. Games in the Promotional Mode

a. Sweeps Coins

You can use your Sweeps Coins to play Games in the Promotional Mode for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins or Winnings. Each Game in the Promotional Mode requires a specified amount of Sweeps Coins to play, as detailed in the Games’ description. If you have no Sweeps Coins left and you are willing to play a Game in the Promotional Mode, your Winnings balance will be used in the same way as Sweeps Coins.

b. Sweeps Coins and Winnings Expiry

Sweeps Coins and Winnings are valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of your last login to your Account. After this period, they will automatically expire and be removed from your Account. You acknowledge and accept that once Sweeps Coins and Winnings have expired or been removed, they cannot be recovered, reinstated, or redeemed.

c. Verification

If you participate in Promotions you can be subject to our verification process, which we may conduct in any manner we choose. Our decisions regarding verifications in the context of Promotions are final and binding. You are not considered a winner of any Winning, even if the Platform interface indicates otherwise, unless and until your eligibility and compliance have been verified by us and you have received official notification of completion. For clarity, until we finish our verification process to our satisfaction, you shall not be deemed eligible to redeem the Winnings. We do not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of winning as a substitute for our validation process. You may be required to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) to claim the Winnings. If you cannot be contacted, fail to properly complete and return the required documents within the specified time, or fail to comply with these Rules, you will automatically forfeit the Winnings. If you are disqualified for any reason or if the Winnings is forfeited, we may, at our sole discretion, return the Winnings to the Promotions.

5. Winnings

a. Disclaimers

There are no warranties or representations with respect to the Winnings. All Winnings are provided on “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of any kind. No more than the stated number of Winnings will be awarded.

b. Redemption

If you are eligible to Winnings, you will be informed via the Platform, private message, email, or any other reasonable method we choose. Winnings are not awarded until they have been successfully redeemed. You have no rights to Winnings that have not been redeemed. The Winnings redemption rate to USD is 1 to 1 (i.e. each USD is 1 Winnings). If you choose to redeem Winnings, the payment will be made in USD according to the payment methods available on the Platform.

c. Redemption Processing

Redemption requests are processed on U.S. business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). We will process only one (1) Winnings redemption request per Account within any 24-hour period. We endeavor to process all eligible redemption requests within ten (10) business days of receipt; however, processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests, verification procedures, or other operational considerations. Delays are possible, and we reserve the right to take additional time if necessary to ensure proper processing and compliance with the Terms and applicable laws. If a delay in processing occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed regarding the status of your redemption request. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is current and accurate to facilitate such communications. All redemptions are final once processed, and no substitutions or changes are permitted after confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by internet connectivity issues, user errors in submitting redemption information, or third-party payment processors.

d. Limitations

You may only request a Winnings redemption if the redeemed value is at least US$100 (i.e., a minimum of 100 eligible Winnings). Your Account must have a balance of at least 100 Winnings before submitting a redemption request. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit your Winnings redemptions per day or any other amount over any time period necessary to satisfy our regulatory obligations, our internal policies, or the requirements of our partners and suppliers. The current daily (24-hour calendar day) redemption limit constitutes US$1,000.

e. Special Conditions For Users from Florida and Rhode Island

If you are located in Florida, the maximum redemption value of Winnings won on any single Game in the Promotional Mode is US$5,000. Any Winnings exceeding this amount will be reduced to a maximum value of US$5,000. If you are located in Rhode Island, the Winnings offered do not exceed US$500.

6. General Conditions

a. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participating in the Promotions constitutes your consent for us to use your name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.

b. Promotions and these Rules

The reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotions or these Rules, or any part thereof, with immediate effect, with or without notice, and without liability to you, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify you from participation in the Promotions if we find that, or if we are of the opinion that, you are violating these Rules or the Terms, tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotions, failing to follow our instructions, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
